picturesque Balboa Peninsula. The Peninsula offers fantastic beach enjoyment
for the entire family. Stretching from the Jetty through the Newport and
Balboa Piers, excellent surfing and boogie boarding can be found throughout
the entire area For parents with small children there are several quite
spots with 
calm beaches, well
sheltered from the ocean breeze. Lifeguard supervised, there are vollyball
courts, restrooms, and showers for the younger set as well as their parents.
Beach Activities
Breezy afternoons are perfect for kite flying and fire rings are available for that summer beach campfire or even an evening marshmellow roast with the whole family. From our cottages or beach villas you are steps to the sand and all the activites the beach has to offer.
Exercise and Outdoor Activities
Newport Beach has 39 miles of bike lanes and 23
miles of sidewalk bikeways. Bike and skate rentals are readily available
within close walking distance of our beach renta

In addition, there are another 11 miles of off-road bike trails for the
hearty adventurer within you! Or if you would rather rollerblade, there
is the beach boardwalk that stretches the entire length of the Peninsula.
