located within steps to the sand, and all with ocean views. Bicycle, Roller
Skate, Surfboard and Boogie Board rentals are available within walking distance
of all the rental units as well as restuarants, supermarkets, vid
eo rentals and shopping you can literally park your car
and walk to everything you need or want for the entire week! On
top of that, the Catalina Island ferry leaves every day only minutes from
the rental units. Or take a Harbor Cruise or Bay Dinner Cruise from the
same dock.
All rental units are nicely decorated with a personal touch (No green
shag carpets here!). Beach motifs are present in all units and add to
your Beach Experience. In addition, all units feature patios or balconies
to enjoy the incredible California Beach sunsets. Also every unit comes
fully furnished with full kitchens including stove, refrigerator, microwave
coffemaker and dishwasher in some units, living rooms all feature sofas,
sectionals or sofa beds (for additional sleeping accomadations if necessary)
and televisions, bedrooms are
nicely decorated and have bedspreads
and pillows provided. All you need to bring are your linens, beach towels
and sense of adventure!

Because we do not manage a large number of properties we are selective
in the residents we accept. We rent only to family groups and NEVER rent
to large groups of young people. Also, during the winter season we are selective
in our tenants and accept only responsible professionals (unlike many
rental agencies who will rent to anyone who has the money!) As a result
our properties are above average and well maintained. The furnishing are
removed and replaced each seas
on and the properties are freshly
painted at the beginning of each summer which ensures that you are not receiving
furnishings which have been used all winter.

To ensure that there are no overlapping bookings and that your special week will be reserved only for you we do not accepts on-line reservations as the status and availablility may change daily.
